At Origon, our vision has always gone far beyond simple regulatory compliance, because when we retrospectively analyzed the conception of the electronic invoicing model, back in 2004, we realized that this new tool would be absolutely essential to achieve not only the authority's supervisory vision, but a much more strategic vision from a purely commercial point of view. In those years of technological transition, it was truly absurd and even paradoxical to observe how a large part of the corporate world could already be digitized; entire processes such as purchase orders or goods receipts were already flowing through digital means, but the invoice, the document that covered all the effort, was still trapped on paper.

Today, time has proved us right. Electronic invoicing has unquestionably established itself as the cornerstone of the Tax Administration Service in terms of national collection. Auditing, as we know it today in the country, simply could not exist without this fundamental instrument that has transformed the economy; however, the most important, profound and truly revolutionary change in this evolution lies in its purpose: that document that once only served to close an isolated commercial transaction, has today become a source of truthful, real-time and extremely timely information, both for the authorities and for the taxpayers themselves.

Currently, absolutely all the country's revenue is based on these millions of digital documents. However, its immense value does not end there.
